Roasted Crunchy Garbanos

1-2 c. garbanzo beans (rinse, pat dry)
1/4 c. olive oil 
1/2-1 tbsp. creole spice
1/4 tsp seasoned salt

Spread garbanzos into a single layer on a baking pan.
Drizzle oil, stir + coat beans.
Bake 400 deg for 35 mins.
Sprinkle creole spice and seasoned salt, stir beans.
Bake for 5-10 mins.

Hummus

Blend:
2 c. garbanzo beans
1/3 c. tahini
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. minced garlic 
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. cumin

Lentil soup

Combine these (in order) and boil:
2 qts veggie broth
2 c. cooked lentils
2 tbsp olive oil
2/3 c. chopped carrots
2/3 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 can chopped tomatoes

Reduce heat to low and add spices:
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ginger

Simmer for 20 mins.

Thin crust pizza

Sauce
1 can tomato sauce (1 c.)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tbsp minced onions
2 tbsp minced garlic

Dough
3/4 c. warm water
1 tsp active-dry / instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt
2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour 
    [opt subs: 1 c flour with 1 c. spelt flour]

Mix dough, stretch onto lightly oiled, small-med pan

Add toppings (cheese, tomatoes, olives, etc.)

Bake: 500 F; 5 mins, rotate, then 5 more mins

Granola

One week's worth of granola (2 people)

Mix together into a syrup:
2/3 c. honey

1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon (opt)
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix in: 6 c. Oats (old fashioned)

Bake: 15 mins at 300 F, stir, return to oven 15 mins

Cool for 20 mins, then add seeds:
1/2 c. raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. chia seeds
